Eligibility:

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Process:

1. Contact us at care@urbanflicks.co.in with your order number and clear product photos.

2. Our support team will confirm eligibility for return or exchange.

3. We will arrange pickup or share return instructions as applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• We will replace defective or incorrect products with the same product, subject to availability.

• If the same product is not available, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return shipping charges are covered by Urbanflicks in case of defective or incorrect items.
