1. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Size exchanges are allowed only for T-shirts and sneakers.

All items are eligible for exchange if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging for an exchange.

2. Eligible Products

T-Shirts & Sneakers: Can be exchanged for size issues, defects, or damage. Must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Keychains & Collectibles: Exchange allowed only for defects or damage. Must be unused and in original packaging.


3. Payment & Refunds

We accept prepaid payments only (UPI, card, netbanking).

If a defect is confirmed, we exchange the item at no extra cost.

Refunds are issued only in rare cases where exchange is not possible.

4. How to Request an Exchange

Share photos of the item showing the defect or size issue.

Our team will guide you through the return and replacement process.
